1 year... Hello, to where-ever you are. The memories keep me company. I remember. As far as I know, I do think we'll see again someday. Until then, I'll listen to the wind, count the stars in the sky to see if there's one winking at me and wish, that no matter what, you knew I was never indifferent - you were the kindred spirit one rarely encounters.

P.s. I realized, while going through my photos, that you may have had more impact on my photography than I myself ever realized. Looking at the pictures you took, they were very creative. You even once told me, when I just snapped a picture of some nice sandwiches and "blueberry donuts in paw shape" that one has to be creative and bold, and try out different ways to approach the subject - then got really close to the food, tried different focusing spots and the results were so great. I do suspect, without even realizing it, those words have stuck with me. Don't go with the obvious choice, when composing and framing a photo... Thank you, for that, too.
